Class	Description
For Profit	Profit Making Organizations hourly rate until 5 hours then becomes full day rate
Internal	District Staff Members and School Groups
Non-Profit	Not for Profit Organizations hourly rate
State of Massachusetts	Departments of the State of Massachusetts. No charge for space, but may be fees for custodian and/or event manager.
Town of Barnstable	Town of Barnstable offices and departments. There is no charge for space, but may be a charge for custodial, audio/visual and event management coverage.

A Certificate of Liability Insurance (COI) with a minimum amount of $1,000,000 coverage combined single limit for bodily injury and property must be submitted prior to permit issuance.
The nature of the event, location, date(s) and time(s) must be included in the Description of Operations section of the COI.
Additionally, the Town of Barnstable and Barnstable Public Schools must be named as Certificate Holders with the address of 835 Falmouth Road, Hyannis, MA 02601.
